Pass Series/Bundles (Season Passes)

Allow bundling of existing Time-Limited Passes into bundles (or series), and offer it as one, for a single price. Scheduling, time tabling management is handled by Subscriby, and creators are given the ability to pick passes manually or based on set of rule sets.
